    1. Do we have a physical retail shop?
    We are an E-commerce online store based in Singapore that specialises in retailing Anime Figurine and Collectibles.

    2. Where does our product(s) come from?
    We, Blustery Collectibles take pride in selling only original product(s). We take our goods from respectable and reliable sources such as local supplier/distributor, main manufacturer such as Bandai, Good Smile Company and Etc.

    3. Do I have to register an account before I can make a purchase with blustery collectibles?
    Yes, you must register an account on our website.

    4. Can I cancel my order after I have made a purchase on the website?
    No cancellation of order is allowed after you have made a purchase with us

    5. Why was my order cancelled?
    The order may be cancelled due to the cancellation of the release of the product or shortage of supply on the manufacturer or distributor side. In such cases, customer will be notified.

    6. What types of Payment do you accept?
    We accept 3 types of payment mode.

    • Internet Banking / ATM Transfer to POSB eSavings

    To be paid during collection of item(s).

    All customer(s) are required to pay a deposit for all your purchase.

    An invoice will be provided to you upon receiving the deposit for your purchase.

    7. What are your shipping options?
    We provide shipping via Q-Express and Park&Parcel for local delivery. For more information regarding the shipping fee, do contact us at blusterycollectibles@gmail.com or at support@blusterycollectibles.com
    For customer(s) additional information, we do not ship out of Singapore.

    8. What if the item I ordered arrives damaged?
    Provide us with the photos of the damaged item and email to us at blusterycollectibles@gmail.com or at support@blusterycollectibles.com
    You are required to return us the damaged item so that we can do an exchange for you.

    We will accept returns for damage(s) item within 3 days provided the box is still in good condition. Any damage(s) not present during delivery or self-collection will not be allowed.

    Exchange of the same item will be subjected to stock availability. In the case whereby the same item is not available for exchange, exchange of another item of the same or higher value can be arrange. If you opt for exchange of another item of a higher value, you will be required to top up the difference.

    9. What if the item I ordered comes with a missing part?
    Provide us with the photos of the missing part and email to us at blusterycollectibles@gmail.com or at support@blusterycollectibles.com

    10. The product that I pre-ordered have already released at other stores, why I haven’t received it yet?
    Due to the difference in local supplier/distributor or main manufacturer allocation policy differs, our stocks may arrive at different date. Rest assured that once your item has reached us, we will notify you. We seek your kind understanding in this matter.

    11. What is the period of time I can withhold my purchased item(s) with us?
    The period of item(s) collection is within 2 weeks of notification of your item(s) arrival. We can extend up to a maximum of 1 month upon request, but 100% payment must be made at the time of request.

    Do take note that after the 1 month of holding period, if collection not done, we will proceed to release the item up for sale.
